Main purpose of the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning & Analytics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day planning operations by managing data tools, ensuring reporting accuracy, and facilitating effective communication across teams. This position is critical to maintaining smooth planning & analytical processes and supporting decision-making with accurate, timely data insights.

2. Responsibilities and duties

Manage all planning and analytics tools to support operational efficiency

Maintain and update data sources, including running scripts, enabling triggers, and setting permissions as scheduled

Generate and send out reports weekly with attention to detail on output

Accurately record data in daily reporting tools with strong attention to detail

Monitor forecasts and plans for fluctuations or significant deviations, and communicate insights clearly to the planning team

Distribute plan release communications to relevant stakeholders

Share weekly recipes with external kitchen partners in a timely manner

Oversee and action Jira tickets as needed to ensure the team meets project deadlines

Analyze data and escalate planning-related issues or trends to support timely troubleshooting by the planning team

Build, maintain, and speak to ad-hoc analyses to support the planning & analytics team
