Overview
The primary role is to lead Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive Value-Added Services (VAS) product sales through strategic alignment, performance monitoring, and cross-channel coordination. It also focuses on enhancing engagement and productivity through data-driven insights, structured communication, and motivational programs across the sales network.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Sales Managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of Value-Added Services (VAS) product sales.
- Guide Account Managers in liaising with retailers and implementing key strategies including profit sharing and pilot products.
- Oversee coordination efforts between the team, Point of Sales (POS) sales network, Telesales and other sales channels.
- Ensure alignment between VAS sales strategies and field execution.
- Monitor and analyze VAS sales performance across regions, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Ideate dashboards and reporting structures to track KPIs such as product penetration, agent engagement, and regional performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales outcomes and agent productivity.
- Build strong relationships with Sales Managers to foster collaboration and support for VAS initiatives.
- Design and implement engagement programs (e.g., incentives, recognition, contests) to motivate Sales Agents and improve product uptake.
- Facilitate structured communication channels (e.g., newsletters, briefings, feedback sessions) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
What You Need To Have
At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry in roles such as sales, business development or account management.Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments.High people skills : ability to reflect communication between the sales network and the necessary team.What Can Set You Apart
