Responsibilities :
Drive and execute regional sales strategies and initiatives in alignment with Business Unit goals.
Proactively identify new opportunities that cater to client needs and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Strengthen Client Relationships : Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure ongoing business growth.
Identify and generate leads for potential clients to expand the bank’s client base, while ensuring KYC procedures are followed by Relationship Managers.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to facilitate the sale of financial market products to both new and existing clients.
Develop tailored sales plans for individual clients to ensure alignment with their specific needs and business objectives.
Contribute to RMB Business Growth : Assist in driving and growing the RMB business with local financial institutions and corporate clients.
Product Training and Education : Provide training on financial products to local financial institutions, corporates, associations, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge.
Product Development and Enhancement : Collaborate in conceptualizing new products or improving existing offerings based on market trends and client feedback, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
Required Skills : Bachelors degree
With at least 7 years of banking experience
With BAPs Treasury Certification Program (preferred)
With SEC license as Fixed Income Sales Person (preferred)

Working Set-up : Onsite
