Position : Customer Service Associate (Cargo & Logistics)
Salary : Php 18,000 to Php30,000 (Fixed Dayshift)

Who is qualified?
Bachelors Degree holder of any course , open to undergraduate
1 year experience in CSR
This is an urgent hiring : Heads required is 4
Willing to undergo training
Willing to work using emails and calls with customers
This is not “complaint line” this is more on order management
What are the duties of the job?
Guide customer on how to place an order
Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
Answer customers via email, Chat and phone calls
Use Tagalog and English based on Customer preferences
Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
Help customer place an order once decided
Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
