Job Description

• Develop and maintain the project cost control system and budget baselines
• Monitor actual costs vs. forecasts; identify variances and recommend corrective actions
• Generate periodic cost reports, cash flows, and trend analyses
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, and engineering teams to validate costs
• Support change management and evaluate cost impacts of variations and claims
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, procedures, and audit requirements

The Successful Applicant

• Strong background in cost control, forecasting, and budget management
• Proficient in cost management software (e.g., Primavera, SAP, or equivalent)
• Understanding of project controls, planning tools, and performance metrics (EVM)
• Familiar with contract variations, change orders, and their cost impacts
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or hydropower projects is non-negotiable
• Skilled in cash flow analysis and cost risk identification
