HR Assistant
Position Summary :
The HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources Department. This role assists in day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, and coordination of HR activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the department.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and reports.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll preparation.
Help organize employee engagement programs, trainings, and company events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of basic HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic HRIS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
