Job Requirements :
✨ Bachelor’s degree in any field
✨ At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in Payroll Processing
✨ Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
✨ SAP experience is an advantage
✨ Global payroll experience is a plus
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities :
✨Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
✨Manage accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions
✨Prepare and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support management and finance decisions
✨Collaborate with HR Business Partners to maintain consistency in compensation and benefits across all regions
✨Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals to optimize operations and drive continuous process improvement
