About the Role :

A Data Analyst possesses the expertise to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. This role involves analyzing data sets to uncover solutions to customer-related challenges communicating findings clearly to management and stakeholders and monitoring performance and quality control metrics to identify areas for improvement.

What youll do :

• Interpret complex data sets and apply statistical techniques to analyze results generating insightful and actionable reports.
• Design develop and implement databases data collection systems and analytics strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Prepare situational reports detailing root causes breakdowns recommended actions and strategic solutions.
• Evaluate current Customer Service operations through KPI trend analysis to identify areas for performance improvement.
• Support project planning and execution contributing to effective management and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Identify and define opportunities for process optimization and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business objectives and information requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design produce and validate service reports and process documentation.
• Source data from primary and secondary channels ensuring accurate maintenance of databases and data systems.
• Publish timely daily weekly monthly and quarterly reports on service operations including ad-hoc reports for both local and HQ leadership.
• Ensure the submission of accurate comprehensive reports that cover activities results trends recommendations improvements actions taken and key issues.
