Responsibilities :
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Monitor and reconcile bank statements
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing
Support the Accounting Head / Manager in audits and other financial tasks
Perform other related administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Fresh graduate or with experience in accounting / finance
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and tax filing
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software is an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
