Revenue & Digital Marketing Director

We are an established restaurant chain operator and food manufacturer in need of a Revenue & Digital Marketing Director. The company has been in operation for 15 years and is well established in the hospitality industry. Office based in Pasig and allows hybrid work arrangement.

Candidates must have previous experience working within the hospitality industry.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in revenue management or digital marketing director roles is required.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across all business units (dine-in, delivery, catering, e-commerce, institutional).
  • Build the channels and infrastructure for delivery, catering, e-commerce and institutional sales business
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand market share and customer reach.
  • Set and monitor sales and marketing KPIs, ROI and performance metrics.
  • Create customer loyalty programs
  • Monitor and enhance the customer journey — from online discovery to fulfillment and feedback.
  • Formulate digital strategies towards brand building and sales generation
  • Formulate strategies to define unique selling propositions and competitive advantages
  • Formulate, conceptualize and direct social media content to strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives to increase traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM, email, social media, influencer collaborations).
  • Manage and optimize the company's digital assets — website, online store, social media pages — ensuring brand consistency and user engagement.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and digital vendors.
  • Use data analytics to recommend improvements in pricing, product mix, and promotions, particularly from commercial platforms such as Grab Food, Food Panda, Booking.com, Klook, etc
  • Work with operations group for the design and implementation of the order fulfillment system
