Assistant Property Manager

The Role : Job Type : Full-Time

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break

Salary : $1,000 per month

Job Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a residential or commercial property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, take initiative, and communicate effectively with internal teams, tenants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Property Manager in scheduling, task tracking, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Review and manage tenant records, lease documentation, and maintenance requests.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with lease agreements, company policies, and local regulations.
• Maintain organized records, deadlines, and property-related documentation.
• Communicate with tenants and vendors to resolve inquiries and support operational efficiency.
