We’re seeking an experienced Senior Growth Manager for our SaaS client serving small businesses and professionals. This role will lead strategies to maximize paid subscriber growth and optimize Cost per Acquisition (CAC) through data-driven execution and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies (digital, SEO, PPC, partnerships, content, and referrals).
Optimize the full user funnel—from awareness to paid conversion—using analytics and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics).
Monitor CAC, LTV, and retention metrics; apply data insights to refine campaigns and report performance.
Drive continuous experimentation using A / B testing and growth platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, SDRs, and onboarding / customer success specialists.
Enhance onboarding and lifecycle marketing programs to boost engagement, conversion, and retention.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition within B2C or B2SMB SaaS.
Proven record of scaling subscribers and reducing CAC through innovative strategies.
5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and CRM skills (Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Deep understanding of the SaaS customer journey—from acquisition to retention.
Strategic thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
