Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls by telephone, email, and social media
Contact appropriate delegates to bring awareness of the event, the benefits, and secure registrations of attendance
Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with effective communication with clients
Working in a driven and successful events team to achieve group targets.
Ensures that events progress seamlessly by following established procedures, and ensuring accuracy.
Follow-up through all delegates registrations to ensure attendance
Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
About you
Min 2 year’s outbound calling experience in related industry and experience in a customer-facing environment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates with a required minimum number of calls daily
Good Command in both written & spoken in English, other additional language skills are an advantage
Good data analysis and administrative skills
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
A positive, confident, professional, proactive and results orientated approach
Proven ability to work under pressure, meticulous to details and a rounded set of communication skills
