Facilities And utilities specialist 18k-22k salary San Juan

REQUIREMENTS :

Education : graduate of Architecture, engineering or any related BS degree

Experience : With at least 1 year intensive work experience related to Facilities And Utilities Maintenance works.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

He Facilities and Utilities Specialist is responsible in collating, documenting and updating reports

related to Facilities Development and Utilities tasks / job orders.

Includes creating, collating and updating Maintainance entries regularly. Assist Facilities Dev. And Utilities officer on all branch requests. Support Fac. Dev and Utilities Officer branch and supplier’s coordination. Create and publish reports related to Facilities Dev and Utilities- PMS Calendar etc. Facilitate required permits and gate pass for works in clinic inside the mall. Performs other / additional tasks required by the immediate superior.

WORK LOCATION :

Medical Plaza, Makati City

WORK SCHEDULE : "5 days a week

Onsite

Office Hours : 8 : 00AM-6 : 00 / 7 : 00AM-5 : 00PM

2 Days Off (Weekends)"

SALARY : 18,000 - 22,000
