Job descriptionPHP15000 - PHP 16000 HMO Paid Trainings Government Mandated Benefits 13th Month Pay- College Graduate with 1 TO 3months BPO experience 1st Year College Undergraduate with 1 year BPO experience Proven experience in account management, sales or pitching, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges
- Handle product inquiries and shipping concerns
- Process refunds, replacements, and order cancellations
- Track and update delivery status
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed
- Provide accurate product and policy information
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service
- Meet performance targets and compliance standards
