Requirements :

3-5 years experience in creative production / project coordination

Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills

Familiar with Jira, Adobe Workfront, and design basics

Excellent written and verbal English skills

Comfortable with EMEA shift

Remote-ready or able to work on-site in BGC

Responsibilities :

Project Planning : Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

Documentation : Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Team Support : Collaborate with project teams, including designers and other specialists, to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Client Communication : Support client interactions by providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing inquiries.

Resource Management : Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and materials to complete their tasks.
