In this role, you will ensure applications run efficiently by analyzing systems, solving issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet business needs. You will assess current processes and develop action plans that drive effective solutions.

What the role will entail

• Conduct competency assessments and manages individual performance and career planning
• Lead small-scale projects using agile or predictive methods, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Analyze business processes and requirements to design effective solutions across systems and architecture
• Design, develop, test, and integrate software and databases, ensuring usability, scalability, and compliance
• Oversee testing, release, deployment, and installation activities, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation
• Support service delivery, incident / problem / change management, and risk mitigation to maintain operational excellence
