Job Overview :
We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in business development and sales . The ideal candidate will have a balanced approachacting as both a hunter (proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities) and a farmer (nurturing existing client relationships to maximize long-term partnerships). This role requires someone who can drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and contribute to business expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research (Hunter).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business (Farmer).
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with the companys solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the technology, trade, or customs sector.Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive results.Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales is a plus.
