Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day activities of the company through management of all the different heads of processes of company.
  • The GM ensures that the company performs as guided by the direction and strategies set by the Board of Directors.
  • The General Manager shall report directly to the President and shall attend all meetings of the Board, unless the Board has requested otherwise.
  • The GM shall also be present at General Meetings.

Qualifications

  • At least with Masters / Post Graduate Degree in Business and Management and / or Engineering
  • Proficiency in setting and monitoring key performance indicators
  • With project management skills for operational efficiency
  • Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Background in resources management
  • Background in medical device manufacturing, exports and compliance is an advantage
  • Experience in international business practices and regulations
