Supervises : Project Officers / Project-in-Charge (PIC), Site Engineers, Supervisors

Overview :

Project Implementation Assistant Manager play a crucial part in driving the successful implementation of our innovative solutions for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities :

Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks related to client implementations, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Collaborate with various stakeholders including design & estimates, and support teams to facilitate smooth project transitions and implementations.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.

Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Gather and document client requirements, ensuring all aspects are well understood and articulated.

Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and create documentation to support project management activities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (not needed but is a plus) or related discipline. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer
  • Minimum 8–10 years experience in MEP or Fire Protection projects (is a plus), with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proficient in project management software (Proficient in Microsoft Office). AutoCAD, construction methods, quality assurance, and safety compliance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking,
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. And conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, Fire Code and local building codes);
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Adaptable and open to feedback, with a desire for continuous improvement
