A Kitchen staff provides assistance in the preparation of food and are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, workstations, food and ingredients and food storage facilities. He / she performs all the cleaning, washing, and preparation duties required in kitchens. They assist cooks and kitchen supervisors with all tasks necessary to ensure that kitchen operation runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Finished highschool or any vocational graduate
- At least two (2) years work experience in the same role, in the same capacity
- Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, sheeters, oven, and others use on daily baking activities
With certification in baking is a plus
