Location : Philippines, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco (Remote – serving clients across Middle East & Europe; some roles may be dedicated onsite / resident with client)

Role Summary

As a Network and Security Implementation Engineer, you will deliver security and performance solutions for our clients using Cloudflare and complementary technologies. This role combines hands-on technical implementation, troubleshooting, documentation, and direct client engagement.

Depending on assignment, you may :

• Work remotely with multiple clients across the Middle East and Europe, delivering implementations, optimization, and ongoing support.
• Be dedicated as a Resident Engineer to a single enterprise client, acting as their embedded technical advisor and primary point of contact for day-to-day operational and escalation needs.
