Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Head to join our team and drive brand awareness in the eyewear industry. This role focuses on expanding our brand presence and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Philippine retail market.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand recognition and customer engagement.

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

Leverage insights into the Philippine retail landscape to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business goals.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

One of the main aim for the person is to be a better bridge between Japanese expat and the marketing company.

Qualifications

University Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration etc.

At least 3 years experience as Marketing Head.

Strong knowledge and experience in retail marketing, particularly in the Philippine market utilizing SNS.

Experience in the eyewear or fashion industry is a plus.

Proven ability to contribute to brand awareness and growth initiatives.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Work experience in any multinational companies including Japan, Korea, US, Europe etc... (as it is a Japanese brand and work closely with Japanese, so the person who can work under international environment is applicable)

Preferences

Can speak Japanese.

Work experience in Japanese companies or work experience in Japan.
