This role is ideal for someone organised, creative, and eager to learn. You’ll primarily support the B2B Marketing Manager and Marketing Director with day-to-day marketing tasks, including social media scheduling, webinar tracking, email campaigns, website updates, and reporting on campaign performance.
Social Media :
- Schedule and manage content across 15+ brand social media pages.
- Oversee daily community management, responding to comments, messages, and reviews each morning.
- Support execution of paid and organic social campaigns, ensuring consistent brand tone and visuals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor engagement metrics and assist in reporting on social media performance.
- Assist in paid social media campaigns while optimising spend and performance.
Marketing Support, Admin & Reporting :
Support planning and setup of email marketing campaigns (EDMs) in Salesforce and Klaviyo.Assist in coordinating seasonal and promotional campaigns.Manage customer enquiries across email, chat, and social media, including reviews and ratings.Download and organise assets from global brand portals.Set up webinars and track registration counts.Generate and analyse campaign performance reports (social media, EDMs, lead reporting).Help track and report on overall digital marketing activities (email, paid ads, social media).Perform general ad hoc tasks and research to support the marketing team.E-Commerce Support :
Assist in updating website content and product listings, including banners and product descriptions.Maintain websites and update blogs (Shopify and Squarespace).Support website optimisation and digital marketing activities such as SEO and content creation.Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a related role.Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite).Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Squarespace, Klaviyo); training will be provided.Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel).Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
