Job Summary :
The HR Operations Officer is responsible for managing and supporting daily HR operational activities, ensuring efficient HR processes, accurate employee records, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role requires full onsite work from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases
Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and leave records
Coordinate payroll-related requirements and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Prepare HR reports, contracts, memorandums, and notices
Support employee relations and disciplinary documentation
Assist in HR initiatives, trainings, and employee engagement activities
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Admin, or similar role
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR procedures
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday in Baliwag, Bulacan
