Job descriptionOwn analytics initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to impact measurement Understand business models, operations, and pain points to identify data-driven opportunities Design and deliver diagnostic, predictive, and ML-enabled analytics solutions Analyze datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to generate actionable insights Build and apply basic machine-learning models where appropriate Collaborate with operations and transformation teams to deploy and scale solutions Communicate insights clearly and act as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders Strong ability to understand business context and identify analytics-driven opportunities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and advanced Excel Understanding of basic machine-learning concepts Ability to translate data analysis into clear, actionable business insights Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau Cloud exposure is an added advantage Two technical interviews HR round
