About the role
As BSO Portfolio Services Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational management to the department. Portfolio Services is the CBRE global line of business responsible for world‑class portfolio administration and audit, rent management, including full treasury, data reporting, while managing trusted relationships with internal and external partners and customers.
What you’ll do
- Provide strategic direction for the entire regional function, shape the mid‑term and long‑term strategic plans, transform through process, automation and technology.
- Ensure best knowledge, process, and operational excellent management practices across the function. Inspire, influence and lead change to ensure winning client outcomes.
- Identify and solve multi‑dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
- Partner with the other regional and global service delivery and platforms to ensure great global service consistency and one‑team approach in diverse and geographically spread business.
- Lead the team of 250+ employees with vision and through several direct reporting managers to ensure great employee engagement, retention, and excellent client outcomes.
- Provide career opportunities, develop, and train the employees with passion and enthusiasm. Mentor and coach as needed to ensure your team continues to upgrade their skills and competences.
- Manage the entire function budget (over 300 larger and smaller US, EMEA and APAC accounts)

What you’ll need
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 13+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Ability to lead with strategic thought leadership, go above and beyond and deliver exceptional solution to problems with strategical analytical mindset.Solid leadership experience in the areas of talent management, development, mentoring, and cultural intelligence is a must.Leadership skills to set independently, manage and achieve challenging targets, while demonstrating courage and initiative.Proven track record of managing complex corporate process, tools and technologies with innovation and open mind for change.Ethics, compliance, and professionalism.Company Perks and benefits
