We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who knows outbound prospecting cold and can fully own lead generation inside Apollo.io . This role is for someone who moves fast, thinks critically, and knows how to build and run high-performing sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
You’ll be driving outbound activity for a facilities services company that works with business owners, managers, and property leaders across multiple locations. If you’re a go-getter who understands how to source, sequence, engage, and book qualified meetings using Apollo, this is exactly your lane.

What You’ll Work On
Outbound Prospecting and Lead Generation
Build, manage, and optimize outbound sequences inside Apollo.ioSource targeted leads across multiple buyer typesMaintain a high volume of structured outreach through email, phone, and LinkedInTrack engagement metrics and adjust sequences to improve deliverability and conversionsIdentify prospects' needs, pain points, and qualification markersPipeline Building and Appointment Setting
Engage warm prospects based on signals (opens, clicks, repeat views, etc.)Confidently jump on calls when a prospect shows intentQualify leads using established criteriaBook meetings and hand off warm, vetted prospects to the sales managerOperational and Strategy Support
Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, targeting lists, and outreach strategyProvide suggestions for better messaging, sequencing, and domain rotationShare insights on what’s working, what’s not, and where there are opportunities to improveStay aligned with the sales team on funnel metrics and weekly prioritiesWhat You Bring
3 to 5+ years of outbound sales or SDR / BDR experienceProven experience using Apollo.io for sourcing, sequencing, and engagementStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable calling prospects and following up based on engagement signalsHighly organized, proactive, and self-directedAbility to work in a fast-moving environment and deliver measurable resultsExperience in B2B services or facilities management is a plus but not requiredNice to Have
