Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales or account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape
Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities :
1. To meet sales target and Hit rate
2. To initiate marketing ideas, implent programs and monitor program results.
3. Proper Account Management addressing all issues and concerns :
3.1 Collection Management
3.2 Claims Management
3.3. Dealer's Inventory Management
3.4 Market Share Management
4. Facilitate Account Expasion
5. Weekly and monthly sales report generation
6. Other orders that may be issued from time to time, if warranted.
