Responsibilities:
This is a non-client-facing role.
Handles maintaining or inputting client data across all systems like updating of company name, and opening, or closing of accounts.
Deliver excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction by completing account onboarding and maintenance requests.
Reports to Team Manager

Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any field, open to undergraduates.
Financial Services or Banking work experience is a must.
Has Customer service experience.
