• Must have experience with NetSuite administration
• Strong backend development skills with API expertise
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to analyze and understand end-user needs in a software environment
• Strong consultative and advisory skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Highly computer literate and adaptable to new technologies
• Ability to work independently and within a team
