A leading brand in China and one of the Top smartphone brands in the world, expanded here in the Philippines and is looking for a Mandarin Speaker to provide assistance to their Chinese customers here in the country.

Position: Mandarin CS Finance Supervisor
Type of job:Back office Job
Location:Taguig City

Schedule:Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 (Negotiable)

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related course
Must have at least 3 years of experience in the related field
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting and financial software.

Duties:
Assist in WCSM system concerns and then feedback bugs in China.
Review reimbursements to be submitted to Accounting.
Compile and update PPTs and minutes of the meeting
Manage department revolving funds
Review payments and reimbursements
Oversee cashless payments
Review the income of service centers
Compile monthly overall expenses
Prepare monthly department budget allocation
Prepare financial statements of the department (Yearly)
Ad hoc tasks as instructed by superior
