Sales Trainer

Location : Makati

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, Morning Shift, On-site

Job Summary

A well-established company is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for its sales team. This role plays a key part in equipping team members with the tools, skills, and strategies they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute sales training programs aligned with team objectives
Lead sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction
Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary improvements
Provide continuous coaching and support to sales staff
Coordinate with team leaders to identify training gaps and development needs
Stay current on best practices and trends in sales training and development

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field is an advantage

Relevant experience in a training role within a fast-paced sales environment

Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tools, and processes

Skilled in presentation, facilitation, and clear communication

Organized and detail-oriented

Familiarity with training platforms or tools is a bonus
