About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to help drive growth through AI automation and intelligent software solutions. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring a seamless handoff to implementation teams. You will work with innovative businesses across North America looking to modernize their operations through automation, digital workflows, and AI-based tools.
What You’ll Do
Proactively identify, reach out to, and qualify new business opportunities through email campaigns, phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels .
Manage the full sales cycle —from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing deals—while ensuring each stage of the process is executed effectively.
Conduct product demos of AI automation solutions, articulate value propositions, address objections, and secure client commitments.
After closing deals, coordinate and lead client onboarding by collecting business information, scheduling setup, conducting initial onboarding sessions, and handing off to the operations or automation teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records to track lead progress, client status, and key performance metrics.
Support outreach and lead generation efforts (email sequences, campaign tracking, LinkedIn engagement) until dedicated marketing resources are in place.
Collaborate with operations and automation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to live implementation and identify opportunities for upselling or service expansion.
Compensation & Incentive Plan
In addition to a competitive base salary, this role includes a performance-based incentive plan tied to new client onboarding and active client retention. Further details will be shared during the interview process.
Requirements
Proven success in outbound sales or business development , including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills , capable of leading product demos and articulating value clearly.
Experience working with CRM systems to manage pipelines and follow-ups.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage concurrent onboarding clients and prospects.
Bonus : Familiarity with SaaS or automation tools, experience in client onboarding, or background in campaign / outreach platforms.
