The Role
We’re seeking a Production & Customer Support Coordinator to manage the daily flow of listings, advertisements, and digital campaigns while ensuring a consistent, high-quality presentation across all channels. This role blends operational precision with customer-facing service — perfect for someone who enjoys balancing structure, creativity, and meaningful client interactions.
What You’ll Do
Review and approve listings, advertisements, and scheduled posts for quality and consistency.
Coordinate production timelines and ensure all listings and promotions stay on schedule.
Provide responsive, professional support via email, live chat, phone, and social media .
Manage subscription requests, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Troubleshoot account, listing, and payment issues with clarity and patience.
Process refunds or adjustments in accordance with company policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features, services, and policies.
Support data management by updating and formatting internal listing databases.
Communicate user feedback and recurring issues to the operations and development teams.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including seasonal events and feature launches.
What You Bring
Must-Have Skills
2+ years of customer service or operations experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketplace environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows.
Naturally curious and eager to learn about new industries and products.
Bonus Points For
Experience using CRM systems such as Airtable, HubSpot, or OpenPhone.
