This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
- Flexible scheduling with preferred 9am start time
- Client Timezone : Australian Eastern Time (AEST)

Supporting two e-commerce businesses : online hiking store and outdoor gear brandCustomer service focus with backend administrative supportNo phone calls required - email and system-based work onlyFlexible scheduling as long as daily tasks are completedOpportunity for growth as businesses expandResponsibilities :
Manage and respond to customer emails for two e-commerce brands (approximately 20 emails per day total)Handle warranty inquiries and order issues for customersProcess purchase orders with suppliers using existing software systemsPerform basic Shopify backend tasks including order management, cancellations, and editsMaintain organized email communication through OutlookSupport general administrative tasks as needed across both business operationsRequirements :
Strong written communication skills for customer email responsesAdministrative assistant experience preferredAbility to learn and navigate e-commerce platforms and purchase order softwareAttention to detail for order management and warranty processingReliable internet connection and computer setupAvailability to work Australian business hours (9am start time preferred)Self-motivated and able to work independentlyIndependent Contractor Perks
