Job Description
Responsible for managing and analyzing a company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to support management decision-making. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Financial Reporting : Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
General Ledger & Month-End Close : Manage the general ledger, perform account reconciliations (bank, vendors, etc.), and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
Tax Compliance : Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure timely and accurate tax payments in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and analysis of actual financial performance against budget, providing variance explanations to management.
Accounts Management : Process and oversee transactions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as needed.
Auditing and Controls : Support internal and external audits. Develop and maintain documented business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
Financial Analysis : Analyze financial data to identify trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments to recommend actions that reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits.
Data Security : Secure financial information by completing database backups and maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (not preferred but an advantage)
At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, financial reporting, and government compliance.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM
