We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to representing our company professionally.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests.
Provide product / service information and support to customers.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and call handling efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Skills & Competencies :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Office-based : Sto. Domingo, Angeles City
8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
