About the job: SAP Group Reporting - Assistant Manager (Makati) | Hybrid Work Schedule: Morning Shift Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines Roles & Responsibilities: Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal): The Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross-geography counterparts Individual should have knowledge on any process modelling tool, preferably, e.g., ARIS, Visio etc. Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional specification (FS), coordination with the ABAP team, testing of new functionality or enhancement, and preparing test plans and test scripts. Individual should have prior experience of team handling (5-10 FTE) and should have end-to-end delivery management experience of small- to mid-size projects, good mentoring, and coaching skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Should have knowledge of WRICEF objects and be able to work on interfaces and enhancements along with test case documents and test plans. Individuals should have knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP S/4 and Fiori apps. Requirement: Governance, controls, processes and procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management. Ability to independently configure Group reporting system, which includes setting up GR Master data, Data Release, Data collection, Net Income rules, Reclassification rules, Validation rules, Currency translation rules, intercompany eliminations, and Consolidation of Investments. Fiori reporting/analysis for office reporting using Group Reporting to generate consolidated financial statements: balance sheet, profit & loss, and statement of cash flow. SAP SAC Planning. Creating complex advanced formulas and data actions in SAC. Developing both planning and analytical models in SAC. Must-Have in Candidate: Practical experience with IFRS and GAAP accounting standards and requirements, as well as experience with SAP BW, Fiori, Analysis for Office, HANA Studio BPC Planning/Consolidation. US Eliminations and IC Eliminations (ICMR) for Legal Consolidation Process. B4HANA Objects including Analytic Views, CDS Views, ADSOs, Composite Providers, Transformations, and DTPs. Qualifications: Graduate / Post-Graduate / CA / ICWA. SAP GR Certification is preferred
