This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- 20+ hours per week, 8 am EST and 3 PM PST
Responsibilities :
Complete administrative tasks related to book publishing operationsConduct light marketing support including LinkedIn outreach and list buildingSend connection requests on LinkedIn using provided messaging templatesFill out publishing forms with extreme accuracy (errors prevent book publication)Perform research tasks to support business operationsUse Canva to update templates for podcast graphics (changing guest photos, titles, and dates)Support client onboarding processes as new business developsHandle various projects and tasks as they arise in the growing businessManage ongoing administrative duties to free up business owner's timeRequirements :
