Job Title : Social Media Manager for TikTok Shop

Job Type : Full-Time Contractor

Workplace : Remote

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST

Compensation : USD $1,500 – $2,000 per month (DOE)

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager for TikTok Shop to represent a fast-growing clean-beauty brand. You’ll be the on-camera face of the brand—hosting engaging TikTok Lives, producing short-form videos that stop the scroll, and helping convert audiences into loyal fans. This role is perfect for creators who thrive on performance, consistency, and results.

Core outcomes :

Host multiple weekly TikTok Live sessions that drive measurable engagement and sales.
Film, edit, and publish 3–5 native TikTok videos per week aligned with campaign goals.
Analyze content performance and iterate to improve reach, retention, and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan live calendars and trend-based content.
Uphold brand voice, aesthetic, and FTC-compliant creator standards.

Requirements

3 + years in TikTok content creation and live hosting (e-commerce brands is a must).

Proven experience converting Tiktok Live viewers into buyers for Tiktok shop.

Proven ability to film, edit, and publish native short-form video content.

Proficiency with mainstream mobile video editing software (CapCut, InShot, or TikTok native editor).

Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps +) with backup option.

Familiarity with beauty or consumer product categories.
