Requirements :
Graduate of any 4 years Business Course
Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with procurement software and databases.
Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities :
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
Monitor market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries or quality discrepancies.
Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
