Dispatch Associate

Overview

Our client has an opening for a BRIGHT, OUTGOING PERSONALITY to fill a crucial full-time seat of a DISPATCHER in our service department! This person has an important role and must thrive in a fast-paced office environment handling a high volume number of calls, texts, and emails with both our field staff and our valuable clientele. We take pride in respecting one another while mixing lots of fun and jokes throughout your busy work day.

Responsibilities

• Real Time Debriefing
• Updating Incorrect Data in our CRM - Service Titan (equipment, tags,
• Adding in Sales Opportunity Tags
• Verifying GPS to Punch Times
• Computer focused and on internal administrative tasks and documentation within the system
• Prioritize and dispatch service calls to our amazing HVAC techs, plumbers, and electricians.
• Maintain and communicate the on-call schedule for service technicians.
• Maintain customer database with current information.
• Clearly communicate with your internal teams and customers.
• Utilize additional technology and software to complete the daily work flow.
• Initiate post-service follow-up with customers in order to monitor our performance, ensure customer satisfaction and enter any additional leads into our Service Management software.
• Support administrative staff and service department personnel with various projects and issues
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

Extensive experience in BPO, computer literate and had experience on internal administrative tasks and documentation within the system.
