About the Role
We need a proactive and approachable HR Manager to lead all aspects of our human resources function. You’ll work closely with management to develop strategies that not only support our business goals but also foster a positive, high-performance workplace. What You'll Do
Lead HR Strategy : Craft and execute HR plans that align with our growth and goals. Be the bridge between management and staff, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Offer expert advice on HR policies and legal compliance.
Talent Acquisition & Development : Drive the hiring process from start to finish sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talented individuals for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. Develop onboarding programs that help new hires feel at home and grow within the company.
Employee Relations & Performance : Address employee concerns with fairness and sensitivity. Guide managers in performance reviews, goal-setting, and coaching. Handle disciplinary matters in line with policies and Philippine labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits : Oversee payroll accuracy and timeliness. Manage benefits like health insurance, leaves, and mandatory contributions. Keep our compensation packages competitive to attract and retain top talent.
Compliance & HR Operations : Ensure we’re fully compliant with local labor laws and regulations. Keep all HR records organized and confidential. Regularly update policies to keep pace with legal changes.
Employee Engagement & Development : Promote a positive work culture with team-building, recognition, and engagement activities. Identify training needs and coordinate programs to help employees develop their skills.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in manufacturing.
Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
Trustworthy, with a high sense of integrity and confidentiality.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic in your approach.
