  • Implementation and management of Safety Programs, Environmental Activities, Government Compliance and related safety / environmental permits
  • Manage hazardous waste disposal and ensure compliance to all environmental criteria
  • Manage and control measures for identified possible accidents and health problems (including health protocol mandated by the government)
  • Regular audit of tenants and preparation of monthly audit report
  • Ensures worker / tenants are compliant with the established policies and safety regulations
