Job Overview
We are looking for an Activations Lead who will manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, events, and partnership deliverables. This role acts as the central coordinator between internal teams and external vendors to ensure activations are delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality.
The Activations Lead will oversee timelines, logistics, and deployment requirements, ensuring strategy is translated into seamless, high-impact execution. This includes production support for creatives, ambassador appearances, event branding, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Event Execution – Coordinate day-to-day deployment of activations tied to campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
- Central Coordination – Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (e.g. Partnerships, Creative, Marketing Ops) and external suppliers.
- Logistics & Deliverables – Manage all timelines, checklists, and implementation workflows to ensure efficient rollout.
- Production Oversight – Ensure creative and promotional assets (banners, giveaways, signage) are produced, QC'd, and delivered on time.
- Issue Management – Monitor ongoing activations, troubleshoot execution gaps, and escalate issues proactively.
- Partnership Support – Assist Partnerships Lead by ensuring all agreed deliverables (e.g. ambassador appearances, booth presence) are executed smoothly.
- Post-Event Reporting – Prepare performance summaries and insights to optimize future activations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in activations, events, or campaign deploymentStrong project management skills and attention to detailExperience coordinating with creative teams, agencies, and logistics vendorsHands-on knowledge of production timelines, delivery QC, and event workflowsHighly organized, solution-oriented, and calm under pressureBonus : Background in gaming, sports, media, or live marketing preferred
