Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Roles and responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for SCM processes and configurations.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, quality, and schedule.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules.At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships effectively.
