Operation Branch Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking an Operation Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of a mall-based hologram entertainment outlet in Pasig. The role involves managing staff, overseeing customer experience, sales, marketing activations, and ensuring financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations including hologram shows, interactive zones, and merchandise sales

Manage staff (cashiers, service reps, merchandisers, utility staff) and conduct training & performance reviews

Ensure excellent guest experience, safety, and cleanliness

Drive revenue through mall activations, promotions, and packages

Handle budget, cash management, and compliance with mall / labor policies

Prepare operational reports

Qualifications :

Graduate of any 4-year degree (Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship preferred)

2–5 years’ experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality operations

Strong leadership, customer service, and compliance skills

Tech-savvy and creative mindset
