Responsibilities :
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders. (Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, eBay).
- Manage lost or damaged claims, oversee FBA / FBM accuracy, process frame replacements and affiliate requests, and coordinate internal frame purchases
- Handle listings, pricing, and account health across all platforms.
- Oversee and manage lost or damaged item claims, chargebacks, and disputes.
- Assist with order issues, customer communication, and monitor high risk orders.
- Maintain and update sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance data.
- Identify inefficiencies, develop and maintain SOPs, and organize key resources.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, strategies, and promotions to adjust accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues, enhance operations, and provide insights based on sales performance analysis.
Qualifications :
