GGI Services is urgently hiring a Quality Manager with strong experience in Telco accounts within the BPO industry. If you’re a QA leader ready to take on a new challenge, this opportunity is for you.

Position : Quality Manager

Account Type : Telco (BPO Industry)

Work Setup : Onsite

Available Sites : Pasig and Makati

Schedule : Night Shift

Start Date : ASAP

Qualifications :

4 to 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a Telco BPO account

Proven leadership in managing QA teams, driving performance, and maintaining compliance

Strong analytical and communication skills

Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule

Available to work in either Pasig or Makati

Salary Offer :

₱90,000 to ₱110,000 (based on experience)
